As a former Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Erika brings over 20 years of executive experience leading people strategy across private equity-backed firms, Fortune 500 companies, and complex global organizations in sectors including logistics, manufacturing, government contracting, and financial services.
Erika has overseen executive transitions, organizational redesigns, and large-scale cultural transformations across 30+ countries. She has led global HR functions, built succession pipelines, partnered with boards and CEOs, and developed senior leadership teams through periods of high growth, integration, and strategic change.
As a coach, she applies this operational depth to every engagement, helping leaders lead with clarity, communicate with authority, and grow into roles of greater impact. She is a certified Organizational Development Coach, Change Management Coach, and holds a SHRM-SCP credential.
