1. 8 × Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Over eight weeks, our coach will guide you through each stage of the onboarding cycle, from pre-start preparation to your 90-day review. Sessions include targeted discussion, planning frameworks, and situational coaching based on real events from your new role. You’ll leave each call with defined next steps and accountability checkpoints to ensure continuous progress.
You’ll co-create a comprehensive 90-day roadmap that aligns with the expectations of your CEO, board, or leadership team. This plan defines key priorities, early deliverables, and success metrics, giving you a clear structure to execute confidently and report meaningful progress.
We’ll help you identify the formal and informal power structures within your new organization. You’ll map critical relationships, build rapport with decision-makers, and learn how to communicate effectively across levels of influence.
Every company has unspoken norms: how information moves, how decisions get made, and how leaders earn credibility. Through guided analysis and real-time coaching, you’ll learn to adapt your style, language, and communication cadence to integrate seamlessly into the culture.
