Chris works with you 1:1 to define your value, position your story, and build a strategy that not only gets you in the door, but helps you stand out once you’re there.
Together, you’ll develop your pitch, refine your answers to common questions like “Tell me about yourself,” and build powerful STAR-based stories that prove your value across the eight to ten core categories hiring managers care about such as leadership, problem-solving, communication, conflict, team-building, results, and more.

It surfaces direct contact info for hiring managers, generates personalized outreach messages, and helps tailor your cover letter for each opportunity. This tool saves hours of time and boosts your chances of getting a response by helping you take consistent, high-quality action.
7. Networking, Recruiter & Headhunter Strategy
We will create a tailored outreach strategy for engaging with recruiters, executive search firms, and hiring managers. Chris personally spends 4–6 hours identifying the top 25–35 firms aligned with your industry, level, and location, so you can get your materials in front of the right people.

9. Behavioral Story Architecture: Your Interview Story Bank

- We identify the 8–10 core categories of behavioral questions you’ll face based on your function and the roles you’re targeting: things like leadership, conflict resolution, stakeholder influence, failure, execution under pressure, or team building.
- Together, we’ll create 2–3 STAR stories per theme, written and refined for clarity and impact.
- Each story is tied to a strategic takeaway, so you’re not just answering questions, you’re showcasing leadership, pattern recognition, and executive thinking.
This gives you a powerful, ready-to-deploy story library you can pull from at any stage.
10. Mock Interviews, Simulation & Strategy Playbooks

- For the first key interviews, Chris builds a custom 5–10 page interview playbook with insights on the company, the stakeholders, the questions you’ll likely face, and how to respond strategically.
- You’ll receive recommendations on how to position yourself to match the company’s needs, including what questions to ask, how to challenge thoughtfully, and how to own the close.
- Then, you’ll rehearse live. These mock sessions are interactive, paced like real interviews, and followed by immediate feedback and correction.

11. Offer Conversion & Interview Follow-Through
You’re not just being evaluated, you’re also evaluating.
- You’ll learn how to navigate conversations that lead to offers, not just callbacks.
- You’ll be coached on how to ask sharp, strategic questions that demonstrate executive thinking and uncover what’s really behind the hiring decision.
- You’ll receive guidance on email follow-up, post-interview communication, and how to re-engage if you’ve been ghosted.

12. 1:1 Live Coaching Sessions
This program includes as many live sessions as needed to complete every major deliverable and prepare for key interviews. Typically, we need 9–12 sessions. On average, we spend the first two weeks building your resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter. From week three onward, we shift into job search execution, including your strategy, networking plans, and recruiter outreach.
Once interview invitations begin, we walk through the first 2–3 real interviews together, prepping, practicing, and reviewing until you’re confident and in control.
