Career Solutions Group LLC – Terms and Conditions

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT MADE BETWEEN YOU (“CLIENT”), WHETHER PERSONALLY OR ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY, AND CAREER SOLUTIONS GROUP LLC (“WE,” “US,” OR “CSG”). BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Career Solutions Group LLC, based in Tennessee, is a premier provider of executive career coaching and job search strategy. Our services are designed for senior professionals seeking clarity, strategy, and execution support throughout the job search process.

  1. Service Overview

Career Solutions Group LLC offers premium coaching services focused on helping executives accelerate their job search and land their next role. Services are delivered 1:1 and include:

  • Executive branding (resume, LinkedIn, bio, and cover letter)

  • Job search and networking strategy

  • Interview preparation and coaching

  • Salary negotiation support

We currently offer three comprehensive packages:

  1. Application Portfolio Package

  2. Application Portfolio & Interview Preparation Package

  3. Job Search Accelerator Package

Each program is tailored to individual client needs and includes custom deliverables and strategy sessions. Your success depends in large part on your engagement, responsiveness, and follow-through.

  1. Limited Availability & Reservation Policy

We work with a limited number of clients to ensure high-touch delivery and personalized support. When you enroll in a package, you reserve a dedicated seat that prevents others from booking.

  • No Refunds: Due to this seat reservation, all programs are 100% non-refundable.

  • If we do not hear from you after two documented follow-up attempts within a four-week window, we will assume disinterest and reserve the right to close your file.

  • Clients on payment plans will still be charged the remaining balance as originally agreed, even in cases of inactivity or unresponsiveness.

  1. Payment Terms & Policy

We offer flexible payment options for all coaching packages:

A. One-Time Payment

Clients who pay in full at the time of booking receive a discounted rate. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

B. Payment Plans

Installment plans are available (typically 4 bi-weekly payments). Payment plans are a financing method, not a pay-as-you-go option. By selecting a plan, you commit to the full program cost, which remains due in full even if services are paused or unused.

C. No Refunds

All sales are final. This includes:

  • Application Portfolio Package

  • Application Portfolio & Interview Preparation Package

  • Job Search Accelerator Package

  • Post-Hire Coaching Programs

  • Interview Coaching Add-ons

  • Consultation Sessions

Delays in participation, no-shows, client cancellations, or incomplete use of services do not qualify for a refund, partial or full.

D. Upgrades

If you choose to upgrade to a higher-level package, your prior payments will be applied toward the upgraded package total.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Participate actively in coaching sessions

  • Follow up on deliverables and assignments

  • Communicate professionally and respectfully

CSG makes no guarantees of job placement, interviews, compensation outcomes, or specific employer results. Outcomes depend on market factors, client effort, and external variables beyond our control.

  1. Confidentiality

All client information, documentation, and conversations are confidential. We will not share your materials, personal details, or compensation information without your consent unless required by law.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, templates, and documents produced or shared by Career Solutions Group LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of the company.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or repurpose any content without express written permission. This includes but is not limited to: resume formats, job search templates, outreach scripts, or coaching frameworks.

  1. Use of Technology

As part of your program, you may receive access to CSG’s proprietary Job Search Portal, AI tools, application trackers, or other digital systems. These platforms are licensed to you for the duration of your coaching program and may not be accessed or shared after services are completed.

We do not guarantee uptime or continued access after program completion.

  1. Legal & Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be handled through confidential arbitration or legal proceedings within the courts of Tennessee, United States.

  1. Modifications to Terms

Career Solutions Group LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of all updated terms.
